Rice Space Dishes
We have proactively engineered our menus to cater to the local tastes and preferences of each regional market. For instance, we offer Stewed Pork with Potato in Brown Sauce (土豆紅燒肉) and Steamed Yellow Croakers (清蒸小黃魚) to match tastes of local customers in Shanghai; we offer Steamed Wuchang Fish (清蒸武昌魚) and Hubei Style Lotus Root Soup (湖北蓮藕湯) in Wuhan to match the Hubei customs. Acting cautiously, we test these items in selected restaurants within the corresponding geographic locations before rolling them out to the entire region.
